This webinar provides guidance for helping men, women, and couples who have either sexual problems that create infertility, or fertility problems that create sexual difficulties. In her private practice at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach, CA Dr. Buehler has had the satisfaction—and thrill—of helping many couples to conceive with a singular intervention: sex therapy.

Intended Audience

This course is recommended both as an introduction to the topic as well as an update for more experienced practitioners of sex and relationship therapy.

Course Objectives

After attending “Infertility Wrecks Sex!” you will be able to…
1. Describe the effect of sexual difficulties on a couple's ability to conceive;
2. Describe how the shared diagnosis of infertility can create sexual and relationship issues;
3. Identify at least five ways to intervene when sexual problems make conception difficult.

Exam and Evaluation

You are required to take an exam to demonstrate that you read and understood the material. This course includes one exam and one evaluation. You will have three tries to pass the exam at 80% or better. Once you complete the course evaluation, you will be able to automatically download your certificate of completion.
