Program ContentAfter taking this course, participants will be able to describe the effects of various legal and illegal drugs on sexual, emotional, and relationship function. They will apply a sexual health model to recovery and name the types of ancillary services needed to assess and improve sexual health. Participants will also describe some specific effects of alcohol and other drugs on female sexual function. Finally, they will describe risk factors associated with recreational use of medications for erectile dysfunction.
Course Objectives
As a result of taking this course, you will be able to:
1. Describe the effects of various drugs on sexual, emotional, and relationship function
2. Apply a model of sexual health in recovering from concomitant substance abuse and sexual dysfunction
3. Describe risk factors associated with recreational use of medications for erectile dysfunction in college-age males
Total CE Hours: 3

Area L: 3 hours
Exam and Evaluation
You are required to take an exam to demonstrate that you read and understood the material. This course contains two exams and one evaluation. You will have three tries on each exam to pass at 80% or better. Once you complete the course evaluation, you will be able to automatically download your certificate of completion.
