Program Content
About 40% of women will have a sexual problem during their lifetime (Laumann, 1999), with the most common issue being low sexual desire. In this course, you'll get an overview of Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder, Anorgasmia, and Genito-Pelvic Pain/Penetration Disorder.
Intended Audience
This course is recommended both as an introduction to the topic as well as an update for more experienced practitioners of sex and relationship therapy.

Course Objectives
As a result of taking this course, you will be able to:
1. Assess the symptoms of sexual dysfunctions including low sexual desire, problems with orgasm, and sexual pain in women.
2. Describe an evidence-based treatment plan for DSM-5 sexual dysfunctions in women
3. Identify goals of healthy sexuality in women and their partners
