What you never learned in your couples therapy class--or even in human sexuality: how to help people experience more sexual pleasure. Sexual pleasure has everything to do with perception; the ability to balance relaxation with feelings of arousal; communication, both verbal and non-verbal; and overcoming feelings of shame and/or disgust in order to enjoy one's body.
As a result of taking this course, you will be able to:
1. Report at least three ways sexual pleasure enhances well being.
2. Relate the history of sexual pleasure from ancient to modern times.
3. Describe three ways people can enhance sexual pleasure.

Exam and Evaluation
You are required to take an exam to demonstrate that you read and understood the material. This course contains one exam and one evaluation.
