This 1.5 CE hour introductory course provides useful approaches to thinking about and treating sexual desire discrepancy in couples. It is for both those new to sex therapy and sexuality counseling, as well as anyone looking for inspiration in treating this challenging couple's issue.
Intended Audience
This course is recommended both as an introduction to the topic as well as an update for more experienced practitioners of sex and relationship therapy.
Course Objectives
As a result of taking this free course, you will be able to:
1. Define the problem of sexual desire discrepancy in couples.
2. Assess sexual desire discrepancy in couples.
3. Utilize at least three different interventions in the treatment of sexual desire discrepancy in couples.
Exam and Evaluation
You are required to take a 15-item exam to demonstrate that you read and understood the material; you have three tries to pass at 80% or better. Once you complete the course evaluation, you will be able to automatically download your certificate of completion.
